Have you ever wondered, as a company leader, how you could more effectively recognize risks threatening your business success from a human standpoint—and do so in a timely manner?
Do you want to make quick, consistent, and well-founded decisions regarding your employees?
Would you like to appoint only those individuals to key positions in your company whose personal risks are negligible and whose loyalty to the organization is unquestionable?
Do you want to be able to respond effectively—and in time—to extraordinary negative events or internal misconduct within your company?
For HR professionals, finding the most competent individual for a given role is an ongoing challenge, often involving an overwhelming number of applicants. Due to time constraints, they frequently overlook comprehensive personality assessments, increasing the chance of a poor hiring decision. This can damage the company's reputation, cause financial loss, and jeopardize organizational integrity and business continuity. An effective preventive solution is automated, software-based human security screening, which reduces risk factors while saving both time and money.
A solution to the above challenges is the LVA-i software, which uses Layered Voice Analysis (LVA) technology developed by the Israeli company Nemesysco.
LVA-i is an interactive, multi-language automated questionnaire platform that, through carefully designed and targeted questions and the subject’s responses, makes risk measurable.
The software evaluates truthfulness risk potential and emotional content of the responses across various topics, allowing subjects to express themselves freely and naturally in the language they are most comfortable with.
The computer-based LVA-i test employs the dual stimulus principle, displaying and playing questions both visually and audibly to increase engagement and enhance the quality of responses. It is important to note that LVA-i is not an automatic polygraph. It only requires the voice of the tested individual, and the answers are not limited to simple “yes” or “no.” Similarly, the system does not generate binary results such as “lying” or “truthful.”
By analyzing subtle indicators and micro-vibrations in the subject's voice, the technology reveals their true mental and emotional state. It can detect emotional reactions, cognitive processes, and stress, all of which are mirrored in vocal expressions. These insights offer an objective basis for understanding individuals more deeply, especially during follow-up interviews. The analysis helps identify sensitive topics that provoke stronger emotional reactions.
